- Jingle Mingle times: 12.00 to 17.00

- Stalls will be arranged around the church in a one-way system, and spaces are limited. We will provide wooden display boards placed across the pews, giving you space to display items both on top, in front of these.

- The provided wood is: 0.5m by 2.0m and does not include a cover/ cloth. Please refer to the pictures above for an idea of how this will look and the space you will be in.

- There will be no back to these tables/ stalls so please be cautious of that as public may be behind on the pews at some point.

- The event will close at 16.00 with some local performances lasting around half an hour. We expect everything to be finished by 16.45 and will be encouraging visitors to browse the stalls afterwards.

- You must be able to commit to trading until 17.00. For safety reasons, breakdown of your stall must not begin before 17.00.

- Please be aware there is no back  but the space in front is also available for items as long as it is not blocking the pathway.

- All stalls should carry enough stock to trade for the full duration of the event to avoid additional loading whilst the public are at the event.

- Once booked, you will be added to a WhatsApp group so we can communicate with you directly about the event.

- If you have any questions, please email [email protected]
