By booking your form online , you agree to abide by statutory Health & Safety rules & regulations for yourself and those around you.

You will ensure you have the required insurance and have taken sufficient care to uphold any regulations, which may be required by law for your specific activities within the festival.

The Monton Unitarian Church, MVCA  and their Events Committee, or anyone working on behalf of the aforementioned bodies, will not be liable for individual stall holders’ activities, with regard to insurance and Health & Safety.

PLEASE NOTE that this year, we have changed the Festival running times:

Set-up - 9.00 – 10.45
NB please park responsibly and legally, whilst unloading. After setting up, please move your car to the Festival Car Park on Duke’s Drive, ASAP, If you require help unloading, please ask a Festival Marshall, when you arrive.

Festival times - 11.00 – 6.00

Breakdown – 6.00 – 7.00

You should be able to commit to trading until 6.00 pm.
For safety reasons, break down of your stall should not take place before 6.00pm. All stalls, including tombolas and raffles should carry enough stock to participate all day.

  • Inside stalls allow a space for a table & display: 1m x 1m; they are protected from possible bad weather. 
  • A stall outside is a space of 3m x 3m. If you require more space, you should apply for 2 (or more) stalls.
  • All outside stalls should use a gazebo (3m x 3m), held down with weights for reasons of Health & Safety. 
  • Outside stalls without gazebos or weights will be unable to participate. 
  • Chairs are not provided. 
  • *Please provide details of all products which will be on your stall, everything being sold must be included in the details or you may be asked to remove it.
  • Please ensure you have relevant insurance available to view. 
  • If bad weather means we have to cancel the event, or if participants make changes after booking, refunds will not be possible, as stall fees are used to pre-purchase licences, etc. 
  • Stall positions will be allocated specifically to meet the layout requirements of the Festival.  
  • Requests for specific locations will be considered and IF POSSIBLE they will be honoured.
  • Stall locations will be decided by the Festival Committee ONLY. 
  • Final booking deadline 15-6-24
